The mulching continues!!! Please come for as much time as you can spare – let’s try to finish distributing the pile of wood chips!
Guess what we have??? MULCH, and we’re ready to finish the project we started last Saturday. If you’re available Sunday (yes, day after tomorrow), please come on out and assist in laying the tarp and wood chips to finish the job of eliminating the weeds in the back of the garden. We’ll begin at 10 am and hopefully finish shortly thereafter.
NYCCGC is having a Town Hall meeting on Saturday, October 2, 2010, at the New School. Discussion will include the latest news on the efforts to preserve NYC’s community gardens.

Please join a group of us on Wednesday, Sept 15th, 5pm – 7pm, to pull up weeds around trees and flower beds. We are planning a massive Fall clean up for Saturday, Sept 18th and need to get a few things started beforehand. Just show up! And bring a friend!
